I’m not a huge fan of the elliptical.
I usually get bored fast & feel as if my muscles could be getting a better workout from Bodyrock or weight lifting. However, sometimes in order to fill my cardio void, this standstill machine is exactly what the doctor ordered. The pre-set programs never seem to do it for me, so I usually make up my own program to guarantee maximum exertion.
