Costco Viking

The fantastic thing about unintentionally waking up at 4:00 in the morning is the fact that by the time I’ve eaten & digested my breakfast, it’s only 6:30 AM. I took full advantage of this and knocked my workout at the apartment gym before the sun had fully risen.

The entire workout took about 30 minutes to complete, and by the time I got back to my apartment, Will had just gotten out of his morning class and was all set for our weekly routine. I showered, got ready, then off to Costco we went 8)

The good part of getting to Costco early: Beating the mid-day crowds!

The bad part: No samples

I rocked the braid–

(and was NOT naked, I promise).

I don’t know why, but since the temperatures have started dropping in Orlando, I’ve been having this urge to keep my hair in a 24/7 French braid. Quite frankly, it’s a style that I took part in during middle school, and haven’t thought to bring it back since.

Will says I look like a female Viking.

Best compliment I’ve received all day 8)

Lunch:

Thanks to Costco, I was able to replenish my 2 pound stash of organic spinach!

Although I do go through a variety of vegetables during the week, spinach seems to disappear on me the fastest. Hopefully I’ll be able to get a solid 2 weeks out of this container before its time to replenish.

Luncho muncho was an introductory salad.

Romaine, spinach, avocado, cottage cheese, sundried tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.

I’ve got some personal training studying to knock out. Adios!
