10-10-10 Arm Circuit Workout

Thanks for all the positive feedback on Popcorn’s accomplishment this morning! He’s definitely making strides in Brittany’s Doggie Training School

Good news, I finally updated and organized my Google Reader! I don’t know why I get so lazy and fall behind on this little convenient tool, but I had subscriptions lying all over the place.

Now they are organized into cute little categories

It took me quite some time to discover the awesomeness of Google Reader. I remember the days when I relied on my “favorites” tab in Internet Explorer to store all of the food blogs that I visited on a daily basis. Oh blogosphere, how you’ve advanced my cavewoman ways..

A little after productivity hour, I headed over to my apartment gym for a 10-10-10 arm circuit workout that I threw together this morning. Will was waiting back at my place, so this short workout was a perfect filler to get my heart rate pumping in just under 30 minutes

Lunch:

As soon as I got back from the gym, I was more than ready to use up my last head of romaine lettuce (Yep, still haven’t gone to the store..)

Romaine lettuce, avocado, celery, sun dried tomatoes, cottage cheese, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.

The celery was chopped up from some leftover pieces I brought in a baggie to class with me yesterday. Luckily, they still had the extra crunch that I love so much and hadn’t lost their texture.

Off to do some school work & hang out with my men 8)

A bit to think about: Do you use Google Reader?

How on top of your subscriptions would you say that you are?
