Not going to lie, its taken me quite a while to come out of my little one-sided internet cave and start this thing. Now that I’m here, I might as well kick my feet back and get comfortable
I’m Brittany– and there are a few things you should know about me:
1. I’m a pirate
…Okay, okay maybe not.
1. (For real this time) I live my life with one objective in mind: balance. This is the singular word that drives my daily actions and choices.
2. I do not believe in compulsive dieting or compulsive exercising. I do believe in moderation.
3. I motivate myself to get out of my comfort zone on a daily basis. I believe that it is crucial for personal growth.
4. I have an undying passion for exercise and nutrition. I absolutely love looking at new workouts & recipes.
5. I am a firm believer that too much of anything is a bad idea.
Consider that a mini introduction to my life I’m off for now– but I hope that you stick around long enough to learn some more! (And perhaps an explanation for the pirate picture…)
